Please note:
- When submitting a payment at any of the above locations, you must know the correct balance due and your account number because it will be required in order for the payment to be accepted.
- As long as the you use one of the above authorized locations, the payment should reflect in your account without having to notify Just Energy of the payment. Customers can access their online account here.
- If a payment is not reflected on a customer’s account, customers can request an Energy Advisor to contact them through here. When completing the form, include the cash payment service name and location, receipt or tracking number, and the amount paid in the description.
