  1. Days Free plan is available to Texas residential customers. The plan includes a monthly Base Charge and an Energy Charge, with all Energy Charges incurred between 9 AM and 4 PM each day credited back to your bill. Transmission and Distribution Service Provider (TDSP) delivery charges are not credited with this plan and will be passed through at cost. Refer to the Electricity Facts Label for details.
  2. Just Energy will help you find a plan that fits your needs. Please note that new plans will come with a new contract and the end date of the new contract will change to reflect the terms of the new plan. There is no fee to make a plan change, but you will be subjected to the terms and conditions of the new plan as an existing customer.
  3. Cancellation Fee Reimbursement: We will reimburse up to $150 of the cancellation fee charged by your previous electric provider. This promotion only applies to term agreements 12 months or greater and must be repaid to Just Energy if you switch away within 12 months of starting your Agreement. The final bill from your previous electric provider showing their cancellation fee must be submitted within 90 days of enrollment. Reimbursement will appear as a bill credit after your first full service period bill with Just Energy is paid in full. Please send a copy of your previous electric provider's bill that includes their cancellation fee, in one of the following ways: 1) Email – [email protected], 2) Mail – C/O Cancellation Fee Reimbursement Program, 5251 Westheimer Road, Suite 1000, Houston, TX 77056, or 3) Fax – 888-548-7690
