There is no fee to make a plan change, but you will be subjected to the terms and conditions of the new plan as an existing customer.
Stat Rewards program is valid for Texas customers only. Upon acceptance, you will receive a half-cent ($0.005) discount per kWh used within 1 – 2 billing cycles. This discount will remain if your thermostat stays connected and you remain active in the program. You will also receive a $50 bill credit within 90 days of acceptance.
